Crashed on 29-jul-1975 at Revtind between Beiarn and Blakkådalen. The pilot, Lt. Per Yngvar Aas was killed. He was on a routine navigation trainingmission and probably hit the mountainside. The wreck was found 1150 meters above sealevel.

Crashed on 10-jun-1978, aprox. 17 nautical miles nort of Andøya. The plane was on a mission to identify three unknown vessels aprox 32 nautical miles from Hillesøy radar. After cicleing the targets twice, the fighter flew into the sea aprox. 5 nautical miles to the south of theese. The pilot, 2nd. Lt. Stein Ekholt was killed.

Crashed on 8-jun-1979 near the island Spildra in Kvænangen. Just after completing a simulated missile attack on a small island norteast of Spildra, the pilot noticed reduced enginepower and loss of airspeed. As the afterburner was lit, the plane caught fire. The pilot, Squadron cief Col. Per Bøthun managed to eject, and escaped with minor injury.
